Paleo coconut bread. Er…I guess the loaf pan wasn’t oiled enough? Hahahahaha…
Regardless…it was delicious!!!!
EDIT - recipe:
2 eggs, 1/3 cup olive oil (I used coconut oil), 1/2 cup honey (I used 1/3 - I have no idea how “Paleo” honey is), 1 cup coconut milk, 1 t vanilla, 1 cup almond meal, 1/2 cup coconut flour, 1 t baking powder (not paleo), 1/2 cup desiccated coconut.
Combine wet ingredients, then add dry.
350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
