My name is Alejandra! I am a curvy woman who loves life! Although my life like everyone else’s out there has its ups and downs, I am enjoying it to the fullest. This blog is about the things that I love, my journey to better health, my struggle with losing weight, my likes and dislikes, and everything that is my life. I am as real as they come and what you see is what you get. I love to speak my mind and say it how it is.
I recently jumped on the Paleo lifestyle band wagon and I feel healthier than ever knowing that I am eating better and making great food choices!
I am married to a wonderful man who supports me in everything I do, he respects me, loves me, and cares for me. To me he is my rock. I feel extremely blessed to have him. My biggest goal right now is to get healthier! With that comes discipline, good eating habits, and a lot of fun activities!
Every day is a struggle; whether it is work, food, or everyday living...I'm ready for anything!!!
